We are pleased to announced the next MN Microsoft BI User Group on Friday, September 18.  We are honored to have Kamal Hathi, the Director of Program Management of Business Intelligence at Microsoft, travel to MN to do a keynote presentation on Power BI. Speaker: Kamal Hathi

Kamal is the Director of Program Management, Business Intelligence at Microsoft. Kamal manages the overall strategy, design and delivery of Microsoft business intelligence technologies. Microsoft delivers an innovative set of tools and services for data visualization and analytics that help organizations worldwide gain insights on data at all scales.

Since joining Microsoft in 1996, Hathi has served in engineering management roles in various product groups. He has 20 years of experience in data analysis and visualization and was one of the founding members of Microsoft’s business intelligence efforts. Before working with Microsoft, Hathi’s diverse work history included experience in research and consulting. He has a graduate degree in engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
